The digital content manager will be responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining a range of content to help establish and develop the company’s online presence, as well as overseeing marketing strategies that engage customers. Duties will include creating high-quality, shareable content to raise brand awareness, monitoring web traffic, and other metrics to identify best practices.

- develop and execute the posting plan calendar for invicta’s digital platforms: facebook, instagram, linkedin and google my business.
- analyze results for strategy improvement.
- collaborate with the hr department to generate content for monthly newsletter.
- coordinate efforts with international teams to share and repurpose content.
- plan and execute in-store events with collectors and other co-branded collection personalities.
- collaborate with internal teams to create and execute in-store campaigns, including seasonal signage, promotional signs, and additional graphic needs.
- visit stores to understand the field business fully; travel required in the usa for up to 10%
*qualifications*
- minimum 2-3 experience in digital marketing, preferably in the retail industry.
- bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- english as a second language.
- must have a proven track record in successfully launching marketing initiatives and executing innovative marketing strategies.
- customer-focused decision-maker with a strong understanding of consumer trends.
- up-to-date knowledge of digital trends, platforms, and social networking.
- excellent time management, verbal and written communication skills.
