as assistant head coach / sub store manager for nike, you are the face of nike. responsibilities
- lead a team that keeps the store operating at perfection.
- ensure the store has staff by attracting, evaluating, and onboarding new people who will join the team.
- equip employees with the necessary tools to succeed in their daily responsibilities.
- lead the store team, results, commercial metrics, and budgets (including planning), high level of customer service, sales, leadership, and staff management.
- manage the product life cycle, from warehouse to promotional visuals and the sales floor.
qualifications
- four years of experience in customer service in retail or hospitality.
- three years of leadership experience.
- demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and lead high‑performance teams.
- proficiency in microsoft office and retail commerce systems.
- ability to bend, kneel, stretch, climb a ladder, and stand for long periods with or without reasonable accommodations.
- demonstrated ability to use tools that support conflict resolution, orientation, and employee counseling.
- availability to work morning, night, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
