ensure the deployment of both internal and corporate communication strategies in addition to serve as a creative and marketing point of contact for internal requirements of different departments or regional campaigns that reach out for support.
this position must provide the proper solutions regarding the internal communication necessities such as: improvement of communication channels, creation, and development of creative content, suggest better ways of communication that will allow all employees to have an efficient and easy-to-reach knowledge of initiatives, projects and overall information of the company and region through an established communication flow.
in addition to the creation of creative content, this position will be responsible for the management and development of some creative projects that promote employee culture, engagement activities that increase the sense of belonging of all employees aligned to the values and principles of the company.
