job purpose
the purpose of this role is to build, maintain, and grow strong customer relationships along the footwear value chain while driving revenue growth for the organization, which will be required to act as the primary liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring that customers' needs are understood, addressed, and translated into successful business outcomes.
principal accountabilities
customer relationship management
* act as the primary point of contact for assigned key footwear oem/accounts, build trust and maintain long-term relationship with key external stakeholders.
* ensure customer satisfaction and address customer needs through proactive communication and support.
* explore new customers along the value chain in the asia pacific region.
revenue and growth
* deliver footwear sales budget and revenue goals.
* identify sales opportunities and coordinate with supporting function team for the delivery.
* expand the new customers and explore new projects in the footwear market to target business upside.
* implement growth strategical tasks with seamless collaboration with bd and marketing manager.
account strategy and planning
* develop and execute key account plans based on 1st hand information as customer needs and company objectives.
* forecast sales performance and contribute to strategic planning.
* collect market and competitor activities and intelligence for the adjustment to the strategy.
operational excellence
* maintain accurate records of customer engagement activities and report on a timely basis.
* ensure customers' demand forecast and order tracking are well planned.
* prepare reports on customer performance, pipeline and forecasts.
* ensure compliance with company policies, contracts and ethical standards.
awareness of ehs within footwear team
* raise awareness to ensure the safety and compliance of the requirement from ehs policy.
* set and achieve the annual ehs target and actions by company policy.
problem-solving and issues resolution
* address customers' concerns promptly and effectively.
* escalate issues and follow through until resolution.
* minimize churn by proactively managing risk to customer satisfaction.

there are many suppliers and substitute products in the footwear industry, and the market is fragmented and highly competitive.
building up our own knowledge of products, market & customers, and providing customers with technical tools by applying pu and tpu product lines successfully in customer's business is essential and critical.
the job holder should have strong ability to develop the business plan in relation to customer development, key account and project management and also channel management in alignment with commercial director.
the jobholder will be responsible for the footwear profit center where the selling price, variable cost and contribution margin will be measured against the business plan.
knowledge / experience / skills needed
education: chemistry background is preferred.
experiences:
* at least 5 years' experience in fw production, technical service & commercial role.
* strong communication skills to convince customers accept our product quality & pricing & right processing.
* good relationship in fw industry, including brands, oem, machine suppliers etc.,
