Job role:
the primary objective of this position is to act as a liaison between the organization and existing/potential customers. The account executive will engage in face-to-face interactions with clients to promote fedex services, ultimately driving sales growth.
* sell fedex products and services to an existing customer base within a specified geographic territory, generating incremental revenue as defined by management.
* foster new relationships with non-fec customers within a defined area, employing various sales strategies to add quality leads resulting in net incremental revenue.
* develop and implement a lead generation process utilizing all available resources (couriers, station employees) to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality leads translating into revenue.
* create and execute a sales work plan and schedule that ensures minimum attainment of essential sales activities, including sales calls, service calls, proposal presentations, trips, and other required activities as designated by management.
* maintain a comprehensive territory intelligence system documenting and reporting all sales activities, account information, market trends, competitive data, and any additional relevant details as directed by management.
* resolve customer issues in collaboration with station employees, ensuring prompt follow-up actions.
