*responsibilities*:
- build and maintain relationships with clients
- communicate with clients in both languages (english and spanish) to ensure that their needs and expectations are met.
- develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
- work closely with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that client needs are met.
- monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- prepare and present reports to management on account performance and sales activity.
- attend industry conferences and events to stay up-to-date on market trends and expand business relationships.
- resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner.
*requirements*:
- fluenent written and spoken english
- bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
- crm understanding (hubspot preferred)
- not afraid to ask for pos
- strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- highly organized and detail-oriented.
- excellent problem-solving skills.
- ability to work independently and as part of a team.
