Within H&M; an Internal Communication Coordinator is responsible for all strategic internal communication planning and messaging.
In this position you will develop communication strategies for all of our employees in Mexico, Colombia and Ecuador. You will maintain a daily contact with all the office departments and stores hand in hand with the PR & Communication department to design the best internal communication strategy by putting our DNA and customer focus in the center. The coordination with agencies is also important task from this position.
You will be part of a team whose mission is to raise the value of the H&M; DNA, the H&M; brand as well as support sales, by spreading the messages of the office departments.

- Are an ambassador for the brand in every contact
- Provide feedback to peers and managers on communicating effectively, you are a specialist in the ‘how’ of communication: advises people in appropriate channel, audience and information
- Cooperate with the HR team to pro-actively respond and keep relevant brand DNA knowledge up to date.
- Pro-actively search for relevant information and feedback internally and externally
- Communicate decisions in a timely, structured, clear and positive way
- Communicate our key messages at every opportunity
- Translate figures and KPI’s into an inspiring story
- Communicate company goals, information and expectations in a positive way
- Provide structured and relevant feedback to the business
- Help carry out kick offs
- Have an overview of local content and internal communications channels: H&M; Backstage, SIP, Shop Info, etc.
- You manage the editorial part of H&M; Backstage: You make sure H&M; Backstage is known by all employees together with (Area) HR-team. You are also the budget keeper of all H&M; Backstage related competitions when it comes to Employer Branding.
- Ensure H&M;'s image as an employer, both internally and externally, by developing an EB-strategy in cooperation with the Employer Branding Project Manager (H&M; Backstage, GHSW, EPA, EVP)
- Actively promote our values and corporate culture to contribute to the success of our business.
- Create content for storytelling, videos, articles (mainly based on stores’ life) for H&M; Backstage and Social media in cooperation with Employer Branding Project Manager.
- Together with HR and Marketing Department ensure employee satisfaction by organizing Events, competitions, etc
- Come up with creative ideas to drive internal projects in stores and SO (GHSW, EPA, EVP, H&M; Staff Styles, )
**_ External Communications_**
- Is a specialist in tone of voice of all relevant markets and brands and across all channels
- Ensure external communications’ consistency and effectiveness
- Help to constantly develop use of external communication channels (social media, mail communication etc.) in line with global direction and guidelines
**Requisitos**:
- A proactive, team player (but you can also work independently), flexible and can cope with deadlines and high workload mindset.
- Strong creative communications skills.
- Passion in fashion and lifestyle
- Is direct and open-minded
- Knowledge in how to work with Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, ) to make internal materials, invites, forms, templates, posters,always in line with the H&M; brand DNA
- ** Fluency in oral and written English
