responsibilitieslead the development and implementation of supplier risk mapping processes to identify and assess potential risks within the supply chain, such as supplier capacity constraints, single‐source dependencies, or geopolitical factors.collaborate with cross‐functional teams to gather data and insights on supplier performance, financial stability, geopolitical factors, and other risk indicators.work closely with engineering/opex internally and externally with suppliers to build business cases for change, providing financial analysis and risk evaluation outcomes.utilize risk assessment tools and methodologies to prioritize suppliers based on risk severity and develop mitigation strategies.manage the procurement supply continuity project stream, working closely with the product core team (pct) to prioritize initiatives that ensure uninterrupted supply of critical components and materials.develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and oversee project execution to meet objectives and deadlines.coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to address supply chain disruptions and implement risk mitigation measures.collaborate with suppliers to identify and implement proactive measures to mitigate risks and improve supply chain resilience.monitor supplier performance and elevate issues as needed to drive resolution and maintain continuity of supply.identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance effectiveness of supply continuity initiatives.drive continuous improvement efforts within the team and across the procurement organization to optimize supplier risk management practices.stay informed of industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain risk management to incorporate into strategies and processes.promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.qualificationsbachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.8+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field, with a focus on supplier risk management and supply continuity.proven track record of successfully leading and managing projects, including project planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
