about this role:
we are seeking a highly motivated store supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing team to achieve sales goals.
the ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to analyze sales trends and make strategic business decisions in real-time.
responsibilities:
* lead and manage a high-performing team to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives
* analyze daily sales trends to inform strategic business decisions
* manage payroll and schedule adjustments to optimize productivity
* develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize presentation and drive sales
* monitor store audit compliance and results to ensure loss prevention standards are met
* ensure the store is neat, clean, and well-stocked at all times
* support training and development of teammates to enhance service and selling culture
* take ownership of key areas such as talent, visuals, and operations to gain experience across all aspects of the business
requirements:
* at least 18 years old
* high school degree or equivalent
* 1 year experience in a retail environment
* available to work 40 hours a week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* comfortable with technology (hand-held and mobile devices)
* strong communication skills
* ability to stand, lift, walk, bend, and lift cartons weighing up to 25 lbs. during each work shift
* previous leadership experience in a retail environment
