role description :
lead 3-5 direct reports, total reports and manage p&l across multiple sites in a country, lead client interactions during key review meetings, oversee business delivery, drive initiatives for operational efficiency & talent management and collaborate with leadership on long-term initiatives
academic and professional background :
* academic qualifications: bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, or a clinical discipline. Or a candidate with a medical degree (md) from a recognized university, a master's degree: mha, mba, mph, or a master's in nursing administration.
* healthcare operations: 8-10 years in leadership roles managing clinical support functions (e.g., revenue cycle, coding, clinical documentation).
* financial & p&l management: proven experience optimizing budgets, managing costs, and handling p&l across multiple sites.
* clinical knowledge: experience as a licensed clinician (e.g., md, nurse or allied health professional) is a plus.
5. Process & project management: expertise in process improvements, project management, service line expansion and experience with lean six sigma or similar methodologies.
6. Client & stakeholder management: track record in managing client relationships and improving satisfaction.
7.talent leadership: experience leading large teams, managing talent development, and addressing workforce challenges like attrition.
8.regulatory knowledge: familiarity with healthcare compliance and data privacy regulations (e.g., hipaa).
