main responsibilities
* translate seo opportunities into business growth outcomes (traffic, signups, revenue).
* advise directly at the executive level, shaping product and go-to-market roadmaps.
* develop and refine playbooks for technical, on-page, and programmatic search engine optimization.
execution & optimization
* conduct advanced keyword and competitor research to uncover new opportunities.
* oversee audits and provide optimization recommendations for landing pages, blogs, and product sites.
* ensure implementation of schema, core web vitals improvements, and internal linking structures.
* support programmatic seo initiatives and reverse proxy setups.
analytics & impact
* define key performance indicators and frameworks for success.
* create dashboards to track visibility, rankings, and conversions.
* use insights to tell the story: how search engine optimization translates into business growth.
client & team management
* actively manage weekly client communications, reporting, and strategy discussions.
* mentor seo specialists, content managers, and analysts.
* review deliverables to maintain high-quality standards across all seo work.
* collaborate closely with design, webflow developers, content, and product teams.
about you
must-haves
* 5+ years of experience in search engine optimization, with at least 2 years leading projects or teams.
* proven track record driving seo impact for startups, saas, or tech companies.
* strong technical seo expertise (indexing, crawling, structured data, cwv).
* advanced keyword research and content strategy skills.
* proficiency with seo tools (gsc, ahrefs, semrush, screaming frog).
* strong communication skills in both english and spanish (bilingual or native).
nice-to-haves
* experience with webflow, framer, or shopify seo.
* knowledge of conversion rate optimization, a/b testing, and experimentation.
