Customer support specialist role
we are seeking a skilled customer support specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing technical support, order and payment assistance, and coordinating with relevant resources to ensure end-to-end handling of requests.
about the job
this is a remote opportunity that contributes to our process automation business in san luis potosi. Your main responsibilities will include:
* recommending solutions for customer requests and ensuring end-to-end handling of the request is in place.
* initiating customer feedback loops and identifying areas of continuous improvement.
* maintaining contact lists, routing tables, and information on internal/external pages.
* supporting outbound activities like marketing campaigns and providing customer interaction services.
qualifications
to be successful in this role, you will need:
* a bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
* a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service/order entry or a related field.
* fluency in spanish & english.
* ms office experience preferred.
* previous sap experience a plus.
* previous salesforce (or similar crm) a plus.
