- manage relationships with the hiring managers.
- build a strong employer brand: strengthen our presence in mexico, organize meet-ups in our offices, and develop a cohesive employer brand voice with the help of the marketing team.
- implement training for hiring managers around bias, diversity, and good practices.
- evangelize and be an ambassador for teamviewer’s culture, vision and mission.
*responsibilities*
human resources:
- be the point of contact for all hr-related queries from employees and other business units
- update internal databases and maintain employee files
- prepare and/or maintain hr documents to ensure compliance with local and federal regulations
- revise company policies to ensure compliance with local and federal regulations
payroll:
- be the point of contact for all payroll related queries from employees and other business units
- manage the payroll system, including timekeeping
- work with payroll and tax providers to ensure compliance of payments, taxes, and audits;
- ensures proper processing of payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, charitable contributions, and other deductions
- experience with food vouchers providers e.g edenred, sodexo, etc
office administration:
- perform or facilitate maintenance of office equipment including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs
- act as a liaison with the building management on any suite needs (e.g., carpet cleaning, light fixture replacement, office temperature, etc.)
- responsible for office vendor relationships (e.g., cleaning services, pest control, coffee/beverage); ensure vendor payments are processed timely.
- safety training protocols are in place and up-to-date.
- work with procurement to ensure requisition process is up-to-date.
- responsible for office celebrations and events
- facilitate it inventory; set up laptops for new hires; work with it to ensure device management is up-to-date.
- maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing, and expediting orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.
- handle general administrative tasks as assigned by management.
- office cultural activities and other employee recognition programs: recognize and reward employees for their achievements, contributions, and milestones to encourage continued growth and motivation.
- social and team building events: plan regular social events such as happy hours, holiday parties, or themed gatherings to promote bonding and a sense of community.
*requirements*:
- bachelor's degree preferred with at least three (3) years human resources experience to include recruiting and payroll processing.
- strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks and be adaptable to competing demands
- excellent attention to detail
- strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with global and domestic staff.
- self-motivated, proactive, and forward-thinking
- confident personality and capable of being persistent when necessary.
- must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external contacts

- discrete concerning confidential or sensitive information
- demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- proficient in microsoft office suite (outlook, word, excel, and powerpoint)
- experience in hris (sap successfactors and adp celergo preferred
- english proficient is a must (verbal and written)
