we are seeking a highly motivated high velocity sales professional to join our dynamic team focused on those markets and based in our mexico office (polanco).
as a junior sales, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of b2b software sales.
this role involves engaging qualified prospects, providing technical assistance, successfully navigating a proof of concept, and negotiating contracts. It is a fast-paced role suited for high-energy and smart salespeople.
this position offers an excellent learning opportunity to develop consultative sales skills and grow professionally for individuals interested in pursuing a career in sales.
key responsibilities
* work closely with the sales team of the latam market to manage prospects from qualified lead to closing.
* manage customer projects during their trial period, negotiate custom offers, and close deals.
* support the team in positioning and articulating the aircall value proposition to small businesses.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
qualifications :
* certificate with a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, or a related field.
* spanish (spoken and written) must be flawless when communicating with clients, and fluent english is necessary for internal communication.
* excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
* highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
* experience in a customer-facing role (support or success) is a plus.
salary range : mxn 9,995 - mxn 15,000 / month
