location (important) you will start in tultitlán (fuentes del valle) and later move to our new site in t-mex park (nextlalpan) — one of the most modern logistics hubs in mexico.
what you will do - coordinate import and export logistics operations
- work closely with forwarders, customs brokers, and transport providers
- follow up on shipments and ensure timelines are met
- monitor logistics kpis and service levels
- support and coordinate a small team (1–2 people)
- validate documentation, logistics costs, and invoices
- ensure compliance with regulations and support audits
- collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability
what we are looking for - bachelor’s degree in international trade, logistics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in international logistics or foreign trade
- english: advanced (written and spoken)
- experience in import/export operations
- experience working with forwarders and customs brokers
- experience coordinating small teams or owning processes
- knowledge of international transportation and logistics
- pharma, medical devices, or regulated industry experience is a plus
- negotiation skills (nice to have)
- sap and excel knowledge
