*key responsibilities*:
- perform online research to identify potential new mentors, particularly at schools, and add them to our database.
- gather feedback from mentors, address any concerns or questions they may have, and ensure they feel valued and heard.
- encourage mentors to nominate students into our program by highlighting its benefits and impact.
*qualifications and skills*:
- excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport over the phone.
- experience in telemarketing or customer service roles is preferred but not required.
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- high school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
*additional requirements*:
- knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
- relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing
- product knowledge
- knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- knowledge of call center telephony and technology
- six months or more experience in a call center environment
- customer service experience
- good data entry/keyboard skills
- knowledge of administration and clerical processes
- familiar with office rules/office environment
- advanced english
