*qualifications*
- bachelor’s degree in ehs or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in an ehs role or in a supporting role within an ehs team, internal safety program/campaign or other closely related positions supporting a safety/ehs team.
*responsibilities*:
- compilation and reporting of ehs performance data using a variety of techniques ranging from simple data aggregation to importing data from a variety of global sources.
- provide analytics, support, processing, and distribution on leading and lagging kpis.
- collect, organize, monitor, and evaluate operational and performance data through automated reporting and regular communication.
- perform data analysis to determine current performance and forecast future performance. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and other required analyses on ehs activity.
- attend regular meetings with the bu ehs team, record notes and follow-up on key issues. Assist bu ehs team with special projects and initiatives and provide status reports as required.
- perform other duties to support business needs.
*key requirements*
- excellent qualitative and quantitative abilities as well as strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- strong proficiency with spreadsheet software (e.g., excel) to perform calculations, create pivot tables, use financial and logical formulas, visualize data, and organize and format for presentation.
- able to maintain relationships with multiple ehs teams in collaboration to gather and track progress and status on ehs initiatives.
- highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
