what will you do?
we are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused customer service representative to join our team. This role is responsible for efficiently processing customer orders and providing excellent customer support.
how will you do it?- accurately enter and process customer orders through relevant systems.- provide timely updates and confirmation to customers about their orders.- coordinate with sales, supply chain, and back-office teams to resolve any issues.- monitor order status and manage backorders effectively.- address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
what are we looking for?- bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.- minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.- proficiency in english and strong communication skills.- detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
