we listen, we engage, and we do what we say - every time.we're looking for a functional consultant with technical skills to support the implementation and ongoing optimization of workforce management (wfm) and human capital management (hcm) solutions.experience with replicon is highly preferred, along with a strong background in workforce management, both functional and technical.
this role blends business consulting with hands-on work in configuration, integrations, and reporting.
what you will do:gather requirements and map business processes to replicon/wfm/hcm systems.configure replicon modules (time tracking, project & billing, expense, timeoff).
build reports, support integrations (erp, payroll, hris), and troubleshoot issues.provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support.drive continuous improvement and stay ahead of product updates.your knowledge, skills, and abilities: 3+ years in a functional/technical consultant role with wfm/hcm platforms.replicon experience strongly preferred.strong knowledge of time, expense, payroll, and workforce processes.technical skills with sql, apis/web services, and reporting tools.excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.authorized to work in mexico.only resumes in english will be considered.why join the improvizations team?
