about this role
do you enjoy blending creative marketing with technical skills? Are you excited by the idea of creating and improving web pages that millions of people will use? We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented marketing specialist to help create, manage, and optimize web pages across our portfolio of websites and in multiple languages.
in this role, you will create landing pages, coordinate projects, and help optimize our web funnel. The ideal candidate is a proactive and collaborative team player, eager to learn and make a significant impact.

responsibilities
* web content creation: build and maintain landing pages and other marketing content using our drag-and-drop cms ) and basic html/css.
* conversion optimization: partner with other marketing managers to run a/b tests and optimize pages to improve the user experience and increase conversion.
* project coordination: collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure small-to-medium-sized web projects are executed on time and meet business requirements.
* user experience (ux): assist in analyzing the end-to-end online user journey, identifying pain points, and implementing improvements.
* online merchandising: support the execution of our merchandising strategy by assisting with product presentation, categorization, and promotions.
* reporting: help track and report on key performance indicators (kpis) for web pages to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
requirements
* 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, web production, or a similar role.
* basic proficiency in html and css.
* fluency in both written and spoken english.
* strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks on similar timelines.
* strong written and oral communication skills.
* well organized, flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient with strong problem-solving skills.
* a collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
ideal candidates will have
* experience with a drag-and-drop or headless cms (like ).
* experience with website localization or managing content for a global audience.
* experience with a/b testing tools (e.g., optimizely) and an understanding of testing practices.
* familiarity with web analytics tools like google analytics (ga4).
* familiarity with project management tools such as jira.
* familiarity with the christian market is preferred, but not required.
