you shall be providing global support with our customers and technical coordination for the udm product area.

*what you will do*
- you'll handle and drive csr (customer service requests).
- perform troubleshooting in real customer networks and labs.
- dialog frequently with our interfaces in the market area, pdu, global support.
- provide customer support, interact with customers around the globe, as well as work in different cultural environments.
- collaborate, work and communicate in an international environment, both with colleagues internally as well as customers and suppliers to ericsson.
*you will bring*
- experience in service delivery.
for example in integration or o&m.
- call path & network knowledge, understanding of 2g/3g/4g/volte.
- basic knowledge in linux.
- basic knowledge on ip routing & switching.
- knowledge in protocols: diameter, map, sip, ldap, app traces.
- wireshark knowledge, traces analysis.
*it would be a plus if you have*:
- basic knowledge in cloud containers (docker & kubernetes).
- mysql knowledge.
- network level competence.
- platform: cba, tsp, bsp, ebs.
- xml, phyton knowledge.
- zookeeper.
- basic knowledge on 5g technology.
- basic knowledge on cloud and virtualization.
- udm & policy nodes (cudb, hss-fe, sapc, hlr-fe, ipworks, upg, eir).
