we are looking for a high-performing individual who will be involved in coordinating and following up on key talent processes—performance, talent pipelines, engagement—ensuring timely, organized execution aligned with hr and business strategy. responsibilities:
* coordinate performance management cycles, including self-assessments, leader evaluations, and tracking closures in hr systems.
* lead talent pipeline programs.
* provide operational support and follow-up for talent, development, and succession programs.
* manage and monitor hr platforms (e.g., myhub, avature, successfactors, or others).
* ensure proper process execution, deadline compliance, and data quality.
* generate reports, analyses, and presentations for leaders and the hr team.
* provide guidance and support to leaders and employees on talent-related processes.
* collaborate with regional or global teams to implement corporate initiatives.
* identify process improvement opportunities and propose practical solutions.
requirements:
* degree in business administration, psychology, engineering, or related fields
* 3 to 5 years of experience in talent-related roles
* fluent english is a must (able to negotiate and present ideas with global teams)
* strong influencing and negotiation skills
* results-oriented, detail-oriented, assertive communication, customer focus, innovation, analytical skills, and adaptability to change
* knowledge of advanced excel, powerpoint, qualtrics, surveymonkey, and talent management programs is a plus.
