role description
this is a full-time remote role for a business development executive. The primary responsibilities include identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities through lead generation and strategic planning. The individual will manage client relationships, nurture leads, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve growth objectives. A critical part of the role is understanding client needs and ensuring their satisfaction while representing kutir's suite of innovative services.
qualifications
* proven skills in new business development and lead generation
* experience in account management and fostering client relationships
* strong business acumen with a focus on identifying and capitalizing on opportunities
* excellent communication skills, including the ability to present and negotiate effectively
* ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
* understanding of technology domains such as ai/ml, cloud, data analytics, or digital products is a plus
* bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
* proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets is advantageous
