We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented operations specialist to support our global operations. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow within a fast-paced consulting environment.
this individual will act as a critical operational partner across staffing coordination, onboarding execution, and internal process improvement, helping ensure seamless day-to-day operations for both employees and contractors.
key responsibilities
* support staffing coordination for a designated line of business, with opportunity to expand scope over time
* track resource allocation and staffing needs, ensuring alignment with project demands
* coordinate with internal stakeholders to support staffing processes and updates
* monitor staffing workflows and proactively follow up to ensure timely execution
* manage end-to-end onboarding logistics for north america hires, including:
o initiating onboarding workflows in hr systems (e.g., rippling)
o sending background checks and onboarding documentation
o preparing and sending welcome communications
o scheduling first-week onboarding activities
o coordinating with hiring managers on onboarding plans and documentation
* support contractor onboarding and offboarding processes
* coordinate equipment and access provisioning for new hires
* maintain and update internal documentation (e.g., confluence pages, onboarding templates)
* identify gaps or inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements
* own and manage an operations backlog of tasks and enhancements
* support general people/operations administrative needs as bandwidth allows
