 
        
        A local position in charge of dealing with queries, claims, comments and eventually, complaints from users or clients of an organization. Serves customers through different interfaces managed by marketing, oversees service quality. Customer service representatives work directly with customers to provide assistance, resolve questions, and process orders. It is responsible for providing users with information and support in relation to the products or services offered by the company.
Responsabilities:
1. In charge of making the first contact with the customer.
2. Provides commitment dates for the delivery of the requested product.
3. Provides quotes and official prices to customers according to the contracts and/or the negotiated price.
4. Receive orders from customers.
5. Provide updates and reschedule delivery dates.
6. Collect customer satisfaction information, apply service surveys.
7. Provides and executes commitment delivery dates.
8. Performs forecast analysis for account managers.
9. Carry out the management within the company for the shipment.
10. Maintains and builds good relationships with internal and external customers.you must have:
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management or engineering
2. +2 years of experience in a manufacturing industry,electrical manufacturing experience is a plus.
3. Proactive, dynamic.
4. Management of advanced office packages.
5. Availability of schedule.
6. Knowledge of mrp/ microsoft dynamics ax
7. Excellent negotiator.
8. Availability to travel.
9. Communication skills.
10. Fully bilingual skills
