this is a high-impact, dynamic role where you’ll lead recruitment and marketing initiatives across splatam. Reporting to the regional director – the americas, you’ll shape strategy, build partnerships, and directly influence student enrolment growth across the region.

what you’ll be doing
sales & business development
* deliver ambitious annual recruitment targets (pathways & direct entry)
* build and execute strategic regional recruitment plans
* develop and manage strong partnerships with agents and student recruitment networks
* identify and launch new market opportunities, products, and partnerships
* represent into at exhibitions, institutions, and recruitment events
* provide expert guidance and counselling to prospective students
* analyse enrolment trends and provide actionable regional insights
* collaborate with global teams to optimise performance and campaigns
* recommend innovative marketing and advertising initiatives
people management & operations
* manage and support a team of 5–6 regional area representatives (rar) across multiple splatam countries
* plan and coordinate recruitment events in collaboration with rars
* organise and deliver training sessions for rars as needed
* provide administrative support for rar activities, including flight bookings, hotel arrangements, and materials printing
* ensure smooth coordination and communication across geographically dispersed teams
* operate effectively in a fast-changing international recruitment landscape, demonstrating adaptability and comfort with ambiguity
customer experience
* deliver outstanding service to agents and partners
* maintain a professional, positive brand presence at all times
* proactively suggest improvements to enhance the student and partner experience
* meet key financial and enrolment targets
* support accurate forecasting and reporting
* drive sustainable, profitable growth across the region
what we’re looking for
* proven experience in international student recruitment or education sales
* experience managing teams, ideally across multiple countries or regions
* strong network across spanish‑speaking latin america (highly desirable)
* commercial mindset with a track record of achieving targets
* excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
* comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to change
* fluency in spanish and english
* willingness to travel extensively across the region
* work with globally recognised university partners
* play a key role in shaping regional growth strategy
