The Role
We’re looking for a Plant Manager based in Ciudad Obregón to oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, supply chain, and engineering, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and customer expectations.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, supply chain, and engineering, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure operational practices meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Drive operational excellence by implementing continuous improvement initiatives to achieve cost savings, improve efficiency, and maintain compliance.
- Develop and maintain a results-driven culture by fostering teamwork, clear communication, and accountability across all departments.
- Strategically manage people to meet financial objectives and operational efficiency goals.
- Ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant working environment through adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field required. Advanced certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Manufacturing) are preferred.
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, including supervisory or plant management roles.
- Proven track record in process improvement initiatives and resource optimization.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, including production and supply chain.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
