key responsibilities:
- understand the solution, delivery methodology and delivery schedule and plan the deliverables
- actively engage in technical discussions, share ideas, and contribute to cohesive development framework and coding standards
- should be able to handle tasks independently
- focus on zero defect delivery maintaining coding standards and process guidelines
- excellent teaming skills, actively collaborate with engineers and peer teams
- perform requirement gathering/planning using jira, confluence or similar tools.
- experience with agile development, tdd, continuous integration
- possess solid understanding of software development fundamentals
- understanding of software-based security concepts
- debugging and troubleshooting skills
- experience creating performant and scalable software designs
- passionate about learning new technologies and crafting innovative solutions
- self-directed and able to troubleshoot and solve problems independently as well as a team
- ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment
qualifications:
- bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- at least 3 years of experience with the latest.net frameworks such as.net v3.5 and above
- strong knowledge visual studio * and above
- experience in.net visual basic language and.net visual c# language
- .
net visual c++ language (considered a plus)
- experience in using databases as microsoft sql server t-sql language and faircom c-tree
- familiarity with agile methodologies
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- strong knowledge of software development lifecycle processes, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- experience in leading software design and code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
- strong experience in developing and executing test plans and ensuring that software solutions are fully tested before deployment.
- experience in the development of material handling systems is a plus.
