we are seeking a lead security professional to oversee the safety, security, and well-being of our guests, staff, and assets across our 1,000-acre community in mexico.
duties and responsibilities
* coordinate daily security operations and collaborate with on-site personnel to ensure seamless execution.
* evaluate the performance of outsourced staff and implement improvements as needed.
* develop and enforce standards for proper deployment, grooming, discipline, and guest interaction.
* manage surveillance systems, access controls, radios, and emergency equipment to maintain optimal functionality.
* establish and update emergency response protocols for fire, medical, natural disaster, and security incidents.
requirements
* bachelor's degree in criminal justice or related field.
* minimum 5 years' experience in security/loss prevention or luxury hospitality industry.
* thorough knowledge of security practices, protocols, technology systems, and risk management.
* exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
