qualifications
basic
* bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
* at least 8 years of experience with information technology.
preferred
* at least 8 years of experience in avamar, power protect data manager, ibm spectrum protect
* at least 6 years of experience in administration in data domain and vtls
* at least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on architecture/design/detailing of processes
* at least 4 years of experience in application-level backups like oracle/sql/sap through dd boost (power protect)
* experience in handling data restore, backup reporting
* experience in automation of backup reporting and configuring reports using server graph and data protection advisor
* at least 2 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
* analytical and communication skills
* planning and co-ordination skills
* experience with project management
* experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
