you will be a manager in a team responsible for the overall financial integrity and performance of a specific area such as a country, category, supply chain, or fp&a. Your role includes supporting the senior manager or director by collecting data for business proposals, verifying assumptions, monitoring daily execution, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of reporting. You may also have direct reports or manage third-party resources.
how you will contribute
you will:
* manage and execute aspects of finance planning and performance management, including strategic plan and annual contract planning/forecasting, target setting, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling, and decision support within a defined scope such as a region, business unit, country, or supply chain. You will ensure data integrity and proper data collection.
* maintain a strong controls and compliance environment, ensuring adherence to company policies.
* assist senior management and the business in preparing critical financial data and insights to inform strategic decisions.
* lead projects aimed at improving efficiencies and processes, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement.
* contribute to a high-performing finance team by investing in personal development and supporting the growth of finance peers, with a focus on developing a local fp&a pipeline.
what you will bring
a desire to advance your career. You should have experience and knowledge in:
* technical expertise in financial planning and performance management, including data collection, analysis, reporting, and cost management to meet financial targets.
* business acumen with understanding of our industry, consumer packaged goods, and local snacking markets. Relevant regional or local experience is preferred.
* leadership skills including business partnering and effective communication within large regional or local companies.
* growth/digital mindset with ability to leverage technology for operational improvements.
* integrity and sound judgment aligned with our values, policies, and external regulations.
