Technical project manager (tpm) — digital experience platform (dxp)
role summary
owns end‐to‐end delivery of dxp modernization (acquia cloud + react; pim/dam; cdp + i18n), orchestrating cross‐functional squads (fe/be, devops, data/integrations, qa, design) to land releases on time, on budget, and to spec—while tying each milestone to measurable business outcomes (e.g., search efficacy, sample/rfq conversion, core web vitals, and analytics completeness)
must‐have qualifications
* 7–10+ yrs leading enterprise web or dxp programs; 3+ yrs with multi‐phase cms replatforming and complex integrations. headless architecture
* proven delivery on cloud cms (preferably acquia/drupal) and modern front ends (react), with data/analytics stacks (ga4, segment, sfdc, marketo)
* strong command of agile at scale (scrum/kanban), okrs/kpis, budget/scope control, and vendor management.
* experience with analytics, seo, cdp, and marketing tech stack (marketo/sfdc).
nice‐to‐have
* semiconductor/b2b industrial experience; understanding of parametric search, cross‐reference tools, pim/dam.
responsibilities
* drive program planning, critical path, and dependencies across sprints; manage blended onshore/nearshore/offshore teams.

* enforce governance: definition of done, quality gates (accessibility wcag 2.2 aa, core web vitals, analytics parity), and security checks.
* align integrations (salesforce, marketo, distributor apis) and data contracts with content/pim/dam/algolia/segment teams.
* coordinate uat, blue/green, rollback documentation, and hypercare; lead post‐launch optimization cycles.
