job description
* process all payroll employee requests related to new hires, terminations, vacations, and housing support loans accurately and within designated timeframes.
* manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including updating hr systems.
* share employee and relative information with wtw, enroll in insurance plans, explain benefits, and oversee employee deactivation upon termination.
* integrate digital and physical employee files, ensure completeness before archiving, and update systems regularly for payroll audits.
* support oursurvey plan proposals, coordinate with managers, and ensure follow-through on action plans.
* prepare and analyze hr metrics such as turnover, diversity, employee satisfaction, and exit surveys.
* assist with performance review cycles, including communication, monitoring, and documentation.
* lead annual profit-sharing payments, ensuring timely processing.
* support hiring initiatives for production teams.
* provide administrative support for company events, including vendor liaising, service orders, and budget management.
* promote nbcu mexico workplace culture aligned with company policies and values.
* maintain confidentiality regarding employee information and company matters.
qualifications
basic requirements:
* at least 1 year of work experience
* bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
* proficiency in microsoft excel, powerpoint, outlook
* advanced english skills
