$10-$12
full-time biweekly rate (40 hours per week 80 total):
$800 - $960
all roles are hourly-based ($10-$12/hr depending on experience) and paid bi-weekly via third-party platforms. Rates are non-negotiable once offered.

monday–friday, 9-hour shift (including a 1-hour lunch), from
8 am – 5 pm pst .

as an experienced social media senior multimedia designer, you will be responsible for crafting engaging, persuasive, and strategic visual content that supports our marketing and communication initiatives across social media platforms. Your ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling designs across different platforms will be essential to your success.

key responsibilities
design for multiple channels:
create visually engaging designs for social media.
brand consistency:
ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistent high visual standards and ensure design excellence in every piece of content created.
collaboration with cross-functional teams:
you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative content team and other departments, to ensure cohesive visual storytelling and brand consistency in social media.
design conceptualization and execution:
lead the conceptualization and execution of creative design projects, from initial ideas to final deliverables.
proficiency in adobe creative suite:
utilize expertise in adobe creative suite (photoshop, illustrator, indesign) to create high-quality designs.
design portfolio management:
maintain an up-to-date design portfolio, showcasing a range of work across different projects and channels.
feedback and iteration:
incorporate feedback from stakeholders and team members to refine designs and improve project outcomes.
required skills:
proficiency in adobe creative suite and ai backed design solutions:
expert-level knowledge of adobe creative suite, particularly photoshop, illustrator, indesign and ai backed solutions to create high-quality designs.
strong social media design portfolio:
a comprehensive portfolio showcasing a range of work specially within social media channels.
knowledge of design principles:
in-depth understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
collaboration and communication skills:
strong ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, copywriting, and product teams, to develop cohesive campaigns.
collaborate with the copywriting team to align visual and verbal messaging.
lead the visual development of key visual for special dates campaigns.
creativity and innovation:
ability to generate creative ideas and innovative design concepts that align with our social media and brand goals and resonate with target audiences.
attention to detail:
precision in design execution and quality assurance to produce high-quality, error-free deliverables.

strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
understanding of brand identity:
ability to interpret and maintain brand guidelines consistently across all designs and materials.

generative ai for photo & video:
aptitude to generate prompts that leverage ai to create video and photo content which can then be used as part of the branded company content.
design for multiple channels:
minimum of 6 years of experience creating visually engaging multimedia content across various digital platforms, with a strong focus on social media.
nice to have skills:
experience with motion graphics and video editing:
familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., after effects, premiere pro) to enhance digital campaigns with dynamic content.
knowledge of web design and development:
basic understanding of web design and development (html, css) to collaborate more effectively with web developers and create visually appealing web content.
proficiency in other design tools and software (ui-ux):
experience with design tools such as sketch, figma, or canva for collaborative design projects and prototyping.
experience in branding and identity design:
background in creating or refreshing brand identities, including logos, color palettes, and other branding elements.
illustration skills:
proficiency in illustration can add an extra layer of creativity and customization to designs, allowing for unique visual storytelling.
