role overview:
we are looking for an experienced media buyer to manage and scale paid ad campaigns across tiktok instagram and meta. This is a hands on role focused on execution optimization and performance working closely with the team to drive results across the full customer journey.
key responsibilities:
* plan launch and optimize paid ad campaigns across tiktok instagram and meta
* monitor daily performance metrics such as cpa roas mer ctr and cpc
* execute testing strategies for creatives audiences and offers
* collaborate with the team to improve ad creatives
* align campaigns with retention and email marketing efforts
* ensure compliance with advertising policies
* analyze funnel performance and identify areas for improvement
* provide clear and actionable performance reports

requirements:
* at least 3 years experience in paid social media buying on meta and tiktok
* proven ability to scale e commerce brands
* strong analytical and performance driven mindset
* understanding of full funnel marketing
* familiar with key metrics such as cpa roas mer and ltv
* experience working within advertising policies
* able to work independently and collaborate with a team
* strong english communication skills
bonus skills:
* experience in regulated industries
* shopify and conversion rate optimization knowledge
* understanding of ad creative strategy including hooks messaging and angles
* experience working in fast paced environments
