* manage and monitor the budget allocated to the workshop—including expenses and labor costs—to ensure it stays within budget. Assign and participate in cost-saving projects
* lead the implementation and use of tsm, sap, and ideas sien tools to help achieve the objectives of the indicators defined in the scorecard. And establish a training plan to develop and advance the skill levels of your staff.
* promote the 5s methodology, encourage compliance with sissega, and implement measures to eliminate waste
