role summary:





* coordinate the dispatch of personnel, materials, and equipment to the work site (assigned well) to ensure that the necessary resources are available to begin operations according to the work schedule, and to avoid penalties for delay.
* lead pre-job meetings with the client for critical operations (example: liner runs, cementing, completions).
* anticipate and manage operational risks prior to the execution of special operations (fishing, milling, windows, etc.).
* lead daily client meetings, presenting up-to-date information on operations, engineering analysis and operational recommendations, and identifying risk situations.
* prepare and distribute daily and weekly operational reports to those involved in the project.
* supervise critical operations on-site.
* ensure that the work is carried out according to the parameters established by the product lines in the work proposals.
* attend internal and client pre-job stage meetings and organize post-job review meetings.
* estimation/verification of the supplementary volume considering the items of the contract
* participate in client material meetings.
* monitor drilling parameters in real time, via beacon/welllink, and issue recommendations.
* identify, analyze, manage and document deviations from operational programs in conjunction with the focal point and, if necessary, with the client, through management of change (moc).
* present recommendations based on operational reports and proposals from product lines and third parties, submitted via email.
* the operations coordinator should organize a post job meeting with the groups that make up the integrated operations product line, with the focal points of the product lines and third parties, as well as other interested parties, to review lessons learned and improve in future operations.
* ensure compliance with legal and customer requirements related to hse.
* lead the investigation of accidents involving your work environment.
* ensure that the necessary corrective and preventive actions are implemented as a result of hse audits and inspections or audit findings.

qualifications/requirements:









* qualified engineer, petroleum or related field
* advanced english level to understand documentation, communicate by email and follow up on processes with global teams.
* minimum of 10 years of experience in the oil industry
* residing in mexico.
