key responsibilities
* schedule and coordinate resources for engagements across the services team.
* manage the month-end and quarter-end billing and invoicing process for the services organization.
* follow-up with customers to consume pre-paid services offerings.
* ensure processes are adhered to including follow-up on necessary forms, terms, agreements, etc. including work orders and statement of work documents.
* assist with managing services forecasts and determining projects are on track and accurately being reported on.
* may follow-up with internal resources and external customers as needed.
* serve as the primary contact within the services department to address or direct questions to the appropriate team members.
* identify, develop, and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency across the services organization.
* support services leadership in process improvements and standardization of best-in-class services practices.
