Are you organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing a high-volume caseload? Our growing law firm is looking for a Case Manager to handle 150–200 workers’ compensation files and oversee each case from start to finish.
What You'll Do:
- Manage day-to-day progress on a full caseload (150–200 files)
- Maintain continuous communication with clients
- Draft and send letters to clients, opposing parties, and the court using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Prepare and file documents in EAMS (DORs, C&Rs, Stips, exhibits, etc.)
- Request and follow up on medical records from providers
- Calendar hearings and deadlines for attorneys
- Maintain and update case files in Meruscase (preferred)
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in workers’ compensation law or legal case management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and case management systems
- Familiarity with EAMS filing procedures
- Highly organized and able to manage a large caseload independently
- Experience with Meruscase is a strong plus
