Partner with marketing, product, and content teams to align personalization efforts with campaign objectives, lifecycle touchpoints, and segment-level goals.translate strategic personalization ideas into scalable experiments, decision logic, and test frameworks based on user behavior and business priorities. Lead the execution of a/b, multivariate, and rule-based personalization experiments across web and mobile experiences using adobe target or similar platforms. Use test results to inform future personalization strategies and recommend scalable experience enhancements. Identify personalization opportunities based on gaps in the customer journey, new data availability, or platform capabilities.act as the personalization point of contact for web production, creative, content strategy, crm, and demand generation teams.
