job description
we are seeking a highly analytical and curious insights & strategy intern to support our analytics team. This role is ideal for an early-career professional interested in data analytics, media, advertising, consumer behavior, and sales strategy.
the intern will work closely with the analytics and strategy teams to uncover insights from large datasets, identify emerging trends, and translate findings into compelling stories that help drive business growth. Beyond reporting metrics, this role will focus on connecting data to actionable recommendations for clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
responsibilities
data analysis & insights
* conduct analysis across demographics, consumer segments, media consumption habits, and industry trends.
* build reports, visualizations and presentations that simplify complex information.
* support the development of custom audience insights for client presentations and sales opportunities.
* validate data accuracy and maintain data integrity across reporting initiatives.
* research industry trends across categories such as automotive, qsr, cpg, retail, and entertainment to identify high-potential audience segments and advertiser opportunities.
* contribute to strategic recommendations that help position company solutions against client business challenges.
strategic storytelling
* transform data findings into concise, actionable business insights.
* develop recommendations that help position company solutions against business challenges.
* assist in creating insight-driven narratives for sales presentations, one-sheets, case studies, and thought leadership materials.
* identify opportunities to connect consumer trends with advertiser objectives.
requirements
* bachelor's degree in data analytics, marketing, statistics, or a related field.
* strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
* experience with excel and powerpoint required.
* strong written and verbal communication skills.
* ability to tell a story with data rather than simply reporting numbers.
* curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
