british american tobacco mexico has an exciting opportunity for an area sales manager in toluca
your key responsibilities will include:
* pursues volume target reach, focused on strategic portfolio.
* ensures availability of bat strategic brands in the pos.
* communicates trade marketing initiatives to area employees, aligning objectives and scopes of initiatives into actionable tasks for the trade force.
* guarantees correct and on-time implementation of merchandising and promotion material at pos in accordance with the cycle plan and communication coverage plan.
* serves as negotiator with key customers and wholesalers.
* analyses statistical information to help on his/her decision making. (bo, shipments, nielsen)
* analyses information and market trends to find opportunity areas in trade marketing and propose action plans.
what are we looking for?
* 5 years of experience in tm&d on tobacco or similar fmcg categories
* minimum of two years in a similar role
* desired one year experience in personnel management and control
* college graduated or bachelor’s degree
* willingness to move nationwide
* advanced computer skills
* desirably english skills
