we are currently seeking a service delivery manager - cloud services to join our team in guadalajara, jalisco (mx-jal), mexico (mx).
requirements for this role include:
* a bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
* bilingual – fluent in english and spanish.
* experience in service delivery management, preferably in a technical or infrastructure-related role.
* strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* good understanding of infrastructure components such as networking, servers, storage, and virtualization.
* experience working with cloud computing platforms (aws, azure, gcp) and related services.
* proven track record of identifying and resolving issues.
* critical thinking and creativity to develop innovative solutions for complex challenges.
* experience mitigating risks and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
* excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
* proven consensus-building skills in a remote role.
* leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
* experience collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to gather requirements and drive project success.
* strong analytical and negotiation skills.
* self-starter, energetic, versátil, innovative, and willing to get things done.
* proven experience managing complex service delivery engagements.
* willingness to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
* ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
preferences:
* 10+ years relevant experience.
* deep domain experience with 5+ years of work experience in services, cloud computing, or technical project delivery.
* enterprise work experience dealing with highly complex situations is strongly preferred.
* experience managing technical and executive-level relationships (it director, vp, and c-level).
* pmp, itil, agile, azure, aws, and gcp certifications preferred.
