We are looking to fill the attached position of "*client success account specialist with order allocation*".
this position will be full time reporting to the client success manager.
we would like the position to be located at the obregon plant with potentially some hybrid opportunities to work remote occasionally after 6 months on the job.
there will be an approximate 30-day training period in verona,virginia for this position so it is necessary they have a *valid usa visa and a mexican passpo*rt as travel to verona will be required within the first few days of start after pickup and setup of computer and phone.
the starting time would be *5:00am
*position summary*
in this role the client success services account specialist with order allocation is responsible for the overall management and maintenance of accutec's premier accounts as assigned, ensuring customer records, and pricing are accurate, and all contractual requirements as sold by sales team are identified and adhered to as well as order allocation for specific accounts.
the client success services account specialist with order allocation will serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned accounts, overseeing all matters related to client concerns and needs.
the c.s.s.a.s. will proactively manage client relationships, focused on building, strengthening, and growing long term partnerships.
*responsibilities*
- as primary contact, take inquiries, and request from clients and address their needs.
- manage and maintenance account set up and data updates/changes in both plex and salesforce.
- manage and maintenance account; contracts, renewals, rebates, credits, promotional campaigns, returns, product errors, complaints, and compliance with sales department.
- generate progress reports for both internal and external customers that communicate client successes, opportunities, and needs.
- assist in monthly ar review, reconciling and working to resolve past due ar on accounts assigned.
- conduct as needed client account review meetings with internal team, operations, sales, and finance to ensure targeted performance goals are on track.
- work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure kpis are on track.
- develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell.
- identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate regularly with the sales team.
- regularly communicates cross-functionally with key constituents, providing status updates on key customer deliverables.
- provide as needed status updates to the sales manager and client success manager to discuss progress, recommendations, and new ways to become more efficient and improve the business.
- manage commerce portal cases and customers for premier accounts as assigned.
- where applicable manage customer external portal updates and tracking.
- work with demand planning manager and order allocation specialist to prioritize order and inventory scheduling as well as resolve inventory backlogs.
- contribute to the operations of the business and the attainment of the financial and growth as a member of the client success services premier account team.
- take, process, and reconcile transactions by edi, portal, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives (sales/brokers/distributors).
- function as backup to order allocation specialist as needed.

- minimum associates degree in business or related field; or equivalent work experience required.

- minimum of three years customer service sales experience.
- prior experience with order allocation a plus.
- prior experience using erp systems, plex system knowledge a plus.
- proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback.
- proficient with common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as salesforce a plus.
