Requirements minimum of 3 years of experience as a business analyst. Experience implementing servicenow or other business process management tools is desirable. Experience working on projects within industries such as telecommunications, finance, manufacturing, retail, or services, or with processes related to areas such as it, customer service, project management, human resources, among others. Manage changes to requirements, evaluate their impact on the project, and coordinate necessary updates. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts. Actively participate in project retrospectives, offering insights on what went well and what could be improved.
