role: fullstack engineer
location requirement: guadalajara, hybrid.
what does success mean in this role?
* strong experience with frontend react, and backend.net.
* experience with testing (jest, tdd/bdd)
* experience with containerized systems (ecs, kubernetes)
* ci/cd pipeline experience
* experience with message-based architectures (sns/sqs or equivalent)
* knowledge of relational and nosql databases (postgres, json preferred)
* experience in agile environments
* ability to refactor code and work in fast-paced, complex domains
* bachelor's degree in cs or equivalent experience
* 3+ years web development; 1–2 years agile
* media/entertainment experience a plus
daily activities:
* design, develop, and maintain scalable applications in collaboration with cross-functional teams
* analyze, maintain, and enhance existing software within a complex business domain
* ensure user story acceptance criteria are met and minimize qa defects
* deliver high-quality code using tdd/bdd practices
* diagnose and resolve issues using debugging, logging, and telemetry
* work with business users to identify and resolve production issues
* adapt to new architectures, cloud platforms, microservices, and modern delivery practices
* self-driven learner with the ability to understand and extend existing codebases
* collaborate using pair or mob programming with remote teams as needed
* willing to work across multiple technologies and programming languages
* flexibility to support pacific time working hours
