as a shift area manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless delivery operations for customers.
main responsibilities include:
* reviewing operational forecasts and determining productivity requirements for sort operations
* supporting all safety programs to ensure a safe working environment
* proactively identifying and leading process improvement initiatives using lean tools

responsibilities:
* leading a team of process assistants and delivery service providers in daily management of the delivery station
* communicating with dsps, management representatives, and their drivers
* ensuring a safe workplace, properly trained personnel, and addressing their needs
about you:
* strong leadership abilities and excellent problem-solving skills
* capacity to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills
requirements:
* 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
* bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of relevant industry experience
* english intermediate-advanced (b2+)
