Sls playa mujeres, part of sls hotels and ennismore | accor, is looking for a dynamic and creative entertainment manager to lead the development and execution of engaging entertainment experiences for our guests. This role is responsible for designing innovative programming that reflects the vibrant and lifestyle-driven spirit of the sls brand, creating memorable moments and enhancing the overall guest experience. We are looking for an energetic leader with strong organizational skills, creativity, and experience managing entertainment teams in a luxury resort environment.develop and implement a comprehensive entertainment and activities program aligned with the brand experience. Lead and manage the entertainment and activities team, ensuring high levels of guest engagement and service excellence. Design unique experiences including live shows, themed events, wellness activities, pool programming, and guest activations. Coordinate entertainment schedules and ensure seamless daily operations. Collaborate with marketing, food & beverage, and guest experience teams to create signature events and activations. Manage external vendors, performers, and production partners when required. Monitor guest feedback and continuously enhance programming based on guest preferences and trends.candidate profile bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, event management, performing arts, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in entertainment, activities, or guest programming within a resort or hotel environment. Experience leading teams and coordinating live entertainment programs. Strong creativity, organizational, and leadership skills. Fluent english required.
