Current has an immediate opening for a service-oriented and collaborative problem solver to work on our technical support team. This position will be specifically focused on providing exceptional service to our agents and customers by listening and providing pre and post support for various current lighting and control systems.
Responsibilities
leverage your problem-solving skills to propose solutions to challenges of our customers and agents primarily over the phone. Understand our customers’ needs, troubleshoot any issues, and propose the best solution.
Provide feedback to the organization serving as the voice of the customer product and service improvement.
Qualifications
an associate, bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field (i.e. electronics, information technology, electrical).
Have a minimum 2 years of prior customer-facing experience and enjoy solving problems.
Have strong communication skills and enjoy talking to others.
