Position overview:
the mexico sales manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing market share in latin american countries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the dental industry, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors, dsos, lab groups and clinics.
key responsibilities:
sales and business development:
1.develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets.
2.achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic account management and business development.
3.identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
4.collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of dsos and lab groups
5.stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
6.represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
market analysis and strategy:
1.analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
2.provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to ensure product offerings align with regional demands.
relationship management:
1.build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers at dental clinics and laboratories.
2.act as the primary point of contact for regional partners, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
team collaboration:
1.work closely with headquarter sales team, the marketing team and product teams to develop regional campaigns and product launches.
2.collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
qualifications and experience:
bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; dental or medical background is a plus.
minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the dental or medical industry.
proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
strong knowledge of the local dental market, including key players and distribution channels.
excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
fluency in english and spanish.
willingness to travel extensively.
